Commercial Carpet Tile Installation in a Residential Strata Building

The project: Common areas of a 3-storey residential building
Old carpet tiles were replaced in 5,000 sq. ft. of corridors, stairs, landings and lobby of this New Westminster building during a full renovation. The two-week installation was part of a larger contract involving re-carpeting of several similar buildings by the same owner.

Special vinyl nosing to reduce the risk of slipping on the stairs completed the installation of this commercial grade carpet tiles.

How the product was chosen
The building owner and property manager decided to stay with commercial carpet tiles due to the ease of repairing and replacing damaged areas. In addition to being a good long-term investment, Revival was an ideal choice for stairs and offered a dynamic pattern and colour that complemented the new colour scheme.
