Due to quality control issues from a popular manufacturer and our poor choice of a replacement style we ended up going through four separate installations. Gary stood by us in dealing with the manufacturer and covered the cost of multiple delivers and installations. I can't say we've ever dealt with a better business owner."

After visiting a number of other large carpet dealers, we met with Garry at Cottage Carpets. Right away we decided to go with Garry, as he really knew his stuff, and was so friendly and polite.
